    1. Thanks Corra, voxpoetica has some seriously wonderful poets over there and I hope you drop in and take a look at their work.

    1. Oh, I’ve been other places too Dhyan! 😉 You’d be surprised where my writing has been…hmmm maybe I’ll post some print stuff from last year. Anyway, when exactly are you going to send Annmarie over at voxpoetica one of your poems? Oh and then there is Jessie Carty’s Referential too! Hmmm? 😉

    1. Thanks again Cin, I put this up for two reasons: 1. I want traffic for Voxpoetica and 2. I want traffic for voxpoetica 😉 Annmarie Lockhart is great lady and she has a truckload of talent over there daily.

  1. Yayayayayayay!!!! Congrats Val and well deserved – terrific poem and love the ending. I popped over to your POEm poem as well – that’s awesome (was it a real dream?
    I have to know
were you stalked by Edgar Allen Poe?

    1. Edgar and I have a long history Gabrielle. He is the first poet I read, and being my first, he is special and I blame him for my love of the macabre in verse. I haven’t really dreamed of him though, but while we are on the subject, I have dreamed of a few dead writers and poets. The last one I dreamed of was Flaubert of all people. Yeah, I know, I’m weird lol Now, if only someone would give me those lottery numbers in a dream… 😉
