Dhyan Asked For Some Spring Images To Soothe The Beastly Cold Of Winter…

A lovely spring foot path
The shadows and light of the month of may as they play games with the waves in the harbour
I met a very large man in may of this year and he had lost his footware
He stood head and shoulders above the city, searching every corner until...
He shouted "There it is! my winter boot!" Of course I had to inform him that it was now May, not January, to which he replied "Oh piss off, who asked ya?" 😉
These blossoms lived outside my home in May, but just as all things have their time, these blossoms had their cycle and passed away. One day winter will weep itself into the spring and dry its tears in summer sun.

  1. those may be some of my favorite pieces you have done and that is saying a lot! i especially like the water and the foot 🙂

    1. Thanks Jessie, your opinion matters to me. I have a few versions of that water. It mesmerized me that much and I may paint it at some point. I’ve not drawn or painted seriously in a long time, it may be time for me to do some finger painting therapy. 😉 Gawd knows I’m suffering the word work in the worst way. Deep dark tunnels with a steep drop creatively. 😦

    1. LOL Bindo, spring, sprang sprung, sing sang sung and from my window all is still dead white and cold. Of course you live in the land of eternal spring, or summer, or something that isn’t any sort of freakin’ winter. Argh! 🙂
